PtF ~ Path to Fitness
It's been a good week! I've done two out of my three required treadmill sessions and I actually feel pretty good! It's crazy to think that the Trainer may actually know what she's talking about! I'll complete session three this evening and then it'll be back to the gym Monday night. Could I actually do it this time? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA... Now that's just crazy talk!

SiN ~ Slim in NEVER!!!!
Oh yeah... and I SiN A LOT!
So my trainer wants me to either back off of SiS or incorporate it with at least 20 minutes of level 7 treadmill 3 times per week! Apparently I need more cardio than what the SiS program is delivering. We’ll see how this goes… But I’m pretty sure after 20 at 7 effort SiS can kiss it!

SiS ~ Day blah, blah, blah
And another, and another...
Tuesday night was spent with the eye doctor and 3/5 of The Fab Wed Five have new prescriptions. As for Wednesday night... Yeah, I got nothin'. So here we are, Day 17, and I've officially Ramped it UP! That's Ramp people! It was a pretty good workout and true to form the sweat rolled. Debbie, the main babe in the workout DVD, very enthusiastically told me that if I did this workout EVERY DAY I'd have great abs in no time! Ya' Think!?! And all I have to do is complete this workout every single day!?! Well Hell!!!! Why didn't you say so in the Start it Up workout! I'm sure I could have prevented the domino's!!! Sheesh!

SiS ~ Day 11, 12, 13 & 14
Dominos. It just goes down like dominos. You pass on your Thursday workout because you’ve spent the evening doing homework and going to the market and suddenly its Friday night… And let’s be completely honest people… Margaritas trump workout every single time! So then it’s Saturday… and you’ve got alllllll day to get this workout done, but then there’s T-Ball and errands and Batman Arkham Asylum and cat naps and shows to catch up on and book addictions to facilitate… And then it’s Sunday. Sunday was, of course, Mother’s Day and no self-respecting mother would dare to workout on her one day of pure leisure! Especially when there’s Iron Man 2 to go and see on a BIG ASS movie screen! So then it’s Monday… today. Worked all day, went to the gym, homework with the 6 year old, put away the laundry, couple of simple house chores. Did I mention it’s my Anniversary? Lucky 13! I saw my loving hubbie (my BFF) for all of 10 minutes this morning and will probably see him for all of 10 minutes this evening because I’m not much of a night person and he’s not here now. Yeah… I’m thinking good ‘ol SiS will just have to wait another night. Dominos.

I’ve decided to take a pass on today’s workout. This relentless cough has me completely wiped out! Guess that means we step it up tomorrow. Here’s looking forward to good nights sleep.
