SiN ~ Slim in NEVER!!!!

Oh yeah... and I SiN A LOT!
So my trainer wants me to either back off of SiS or incorporate it with at least 20 minutes of level 7 treadmill 3 times per week! Apparently I need more cardio than what the SiS program is delivering. We’ll see how this goes… But I’m pretty sure after 20 at 7 effort SiS can kiss it!
